What counts as a meeting?
A time that someone books on your AgenMe link. Rescheduling is free. A cancelled meeting goes back to your balance. Meetings between people on your own team are free.
Do I pay for my teammates?
No. Add as many people as you like. Everyone books from one shared balance, and adding a person never changes the price.
Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance stays in your account for as long as the account is open.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Your booking link keeps working for 3 more meetings and we email you once. After that, people can still request a time, and you confirm it after you top up. Your booking page never goes offline.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. You top up when you want to. Teams can switch on an automatic top-up with a monthly limit they choose.
What is included every month?
Every account includes 5 meetings each month. A team gets 5 for the whole team, not 5 per person.
We are a bigger team. Is there a better price?
Yes. Load $1,000 or more and we set up a large pool at a lower price per meeting, from $0.15. Large pools can pay by invoice.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and by invoice for large pools. Larger top-ups get a lower rate per meeting.
