Let people pick a time you’re free.

For one person booking time with you: a client, a candidate, an investor. They see your open times in their time zone and book in a few taps.

Pick a time

An invitation goes to both calendars

Try it: pick a time

A new client wants a 30-minute call

Before

You email three possible times. Two are gone by the time they reply. You send three more, and convert the time zone in your head.

With AgenMe

You send your booking link. The client picks a time that is free in your calendar right now, and the invitation lands in both calendars.

How it will work

  1. Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar so busy times are blocked.
  2. Create a meeting type: name, length, where it happens, and the hours you take it.
  3. Share your link by email, chat, on your website or in your signature.
  4. Your guest picks a time; AgenMe checks your calendar again before confirming, then sends the invite and reminders.

What booking links will include

  • Several meeting types with their own length, questions and locationPlanned
  • Working hours, buffers before and after, minimum notice, daily limitsPlanned
  • Times shown in each guest’s time zone, including across daylight-saving changesPlanned
  • Conflict checks against every calendar you connectPlanned
  • Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom link added to the invitePlanned
  • Reminders, and a link for guests to reschedule or cancelPlanned
  • Embed the booking page on your own websitePlanned

Questions

Does my guest need an AgenMe account?

No. Guests book in their browser without an account.

Which calendars will it check?

Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook first. You choose which of your calendars count as busy and which one receives new bookings.

What if my calendar changes while someone is booking?

AgenMe checks your calendar again at the moment of booking. If the time was taken a moment earlier somewhere else, the guest is asked to pick another time.

Can I have more than one booking link?

Yes. Each meeting type has its own link, and your personal page lists them all.

What do you need to schedule?

Reserve your early-access account and tell us where you want to start.
