AgenMe vs Cal.com

Cal.com is unusually generous for individuals and strong for developers. AgenMe is taking a different approach to group coordination and to how small teams pay.

Cal.com is best for

Individuals who want an unusually complete free booking tool, and technical teams that want an API and embeds.

What Cal.com does well

  • A generous free plan: unlimited event types and calendars, notifications, payments, 100+ apps.
  • Deep team distribution on Teams: round robin, collective, managed events, dynamic group links.
  • Broad calendar support, including Apple Calendar, and conferencing on every plan.
  • An open, self-hostable edition (Cal.diy) for personal, non-production use.

Where the workflows differ

Team features and users

Cal.com’s team features (round robin, collective, routing) start on Teams, priced per user. AgenMe’s pricing is being designed around scheduling activity rather than users; it is not final.

Polls and group availability

Cal.com says in its own blog that it “doesn’t depend on availability polls”. AgenMe is building polls and mark-any-time group availability next to booking links.
