AgenMe vs Calendly

Calendly is a polished, mature booking tool with strong team features. AgenMe is taking a different approach to two things: coordinating groups, and how occasional schedulers pay.

Calendly is best for

Individuals and sales or customer-facing teams that want polished one-to-one and team booking links, with routing and CRM sync on higher plans.

What Calendly does well

  • Mature team scheduling on the Teams plan: round robin, routing forms, centrally managed event types.
  • Meeting polls on every plan, and invitees never need an account.
  • A broad integration list: Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Meet, Teams, and CRMs on higher plans.
  • An API available on every plan, including Free (webhooks need a paid plan).

Where the workflows differ

Seats

Calendly prices paid plans per seat, and a seat is required for anyone who connects a calendar and hosts. AgenMe’s pricing is being designed around scheduling activity instead; it is not final.

Group availability

Calendly’s meeting polls ask people to vote on up to 40 times the host selects. AgenMe is building both polls and a mode where everyone marks any time that works and AgenMe finds the overlap.

Rooms

Calendly’s documented way to schedule a conference room is to add the room as a user with a paid seat. AgenMe is designing rooms as resources booked together with people (planned for a later release).
