AgenMe vs SavvyCal

Where AgenMe stands apart

Booking links, group polls and in one place, with team scheduling and branding included. Free for up to two members; from three, $5 per workspace a month, never per person.

What SavvyCal does well

  • Calendar overlay: the people you invite can lay their own calendar over your booking page to find a time that suits both of you.
  • Ranked availability, which steers people toward the times you prefer and protects your focus time.
  • Unlimited scheduling links and calendar connections on both paid plans.
  • Collective, round robin and group scheduling for teams.
  • Free meeting polls with no ads.
  • Reminders and workflows you can reuse across links, an API and webhooks.
  • Custom domains, an assistant who schedules for you, and paid bookings on Premium.

Where the workflows differ

How you pay

SavvyCal charges every user a subscription. AgenMe is free for up to two members; with three or more, each is $5 a month, and adding people or booking more meetings doesn’t change it.

Polls and “Find our time”

SavvyCal has free meeting polls, where people vote on times you propose. AgenMe has polls too, plus “Find our time”: everyone marks any hours they are free, and AgenMe shows where those hours overlap for the length of your meeting. They are two ways to coordinate a group, and they work well together.

The booking page

SavvyCal has a real advantage here: people you invite can overlay their own calendar on your page, and see your preferred times first. AgenMe does not offer a calendar overlay. Instead, it gives you several ways to agree on a time: booking links, polls on proposed times, and “Find our time”.

  • Premium$200 per user / yearBilled yearly ($20 per user a month billed monthly). Adds custom domains, an assistant, paid bookings

Prices shown on savvycal.com/pricing; yearly billing saves about two months, and the page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Signing up, connecting calendars, setting up links and meeting polls are free; a paid plan is needed before others can book through your links. For example, a team of five on Basic pays $60 a month billed monthly. On AgenMe, the same team in one workspace pays $5 a month. The two products have different features, so this compares how they charge, not what you get. Prices verified 20 October 2026.

AgenMe never charges per seat, and the people you invite never pay. See AgenMe pricing.

Can I use them for free?

Partly, with SavvyCal: signing up, connecting calendars, setting up links and meeting polls are free, and a paid plan is needed before others can book through your links. In AgenMe, core scheduling is free, including booking: unlimited meetings, and teammates. See pricing and examples.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a separately managed scheduling environment: its own members and roles, booking pages, meeting types, working hours and look. Most organizations need only one.

You don’t need another workspace for another teammate, meeting type or time zone. Free for one or two members; with three or more, each workspace is $5 a month.

What is an organization?

Your organization is your AgenMe account: the people who joined it (its members), its workspaces, and one bill. Each member counts once, however many workspaces they belong to.

What does branding include?

Your own look on what the people you meet see. Included in every workspace, and optional.

Emails are sent by AgenMe; replies go to you. Sending from your own email domain isn’t offered.

What is a meeting type?

One kind of meeting you offer, with its own name, length, place and hours, such as “30-minute intro call”. Each one has its own booking link. In some places it’s called an meeting type.

What is round robin?

Each new meeting goes to the next available teammate, so bookings are shared fairly and nobody has to assign them by hand.

What is a collective meeting?

A meeting that needs several people. AgenMe only offers times when everyone required is free; optional people join if they can.

What is a close contact?

Someone outside your organization you’ve connected with on AgenMe: one of you invites, the other accepts. It’s only used for flexible meetings, and close contacts never count as members.

How flexible meetings work

What is an embed?

Your booking page shown inside your own website, so visitors book without leaving it. You add it with two lines of code or the WordPress plugin.

How it works

What is a custom domain?

Your booking pages at your own web address, such as meet.yourcompany.com, instead of an AgenMe address.

You need a domain you own and access to its DNS settings; registering a domain isn’t included.

What is a flexible meeting?

A meeting with a teammate or close contact that can still change after it’s agreed, within limits you both set. Moves happen without asking only if you’ve allowed it.

How flexible meetings work

What is “Find our time”?

Instead of voting on a few proposed times, everyone marks every time they’re free over a few days. AgenMe shows where those times overlap.

How it works

What is routing?

Rules that send each incoming booking to the right person, based on the answers people give when they book.

What is a verified account?

A free account whose email address and phone number you’ve confirmed once. It stops anyone from using AgenMe to send spam, and unlocks emailed poll invitations and bigger polls.

What is Unidy?

Unidy is a sign-in service: one account you can use to sign in to AgenMe and other sites, instead of a new password. AgenMe is developed by Unidy Inc.
