Group availability

Find a time everyone is free,
without guessing options first.

For a group with no fixed options: everyone marks every time that works over the next few days, and AgenMe shows where those times overlap.

Mark the times that work for you

Interactive preview This is a preview of a feature in development, running in your browser. Nothing is saved.

A study group of five needs two hours next week

Before

Someone proposes three slots; nobody can make all of them. A second round of options follows, then a third.

With AgenMe

You share one link. Each person paints the hours they could make. The heatmap shows a two-hour window everyone shares, and you send the invite.

How it will work

  1. Choose the days and the meeting length.
  2. Share one link. Each person paints the times that work, in their own time zone.
  3. AgenMe computes the windows where everyone required is free, and ranks the rest.
  4. Pick a window; AgenMe sends the invite to everyone.

What group availability will include

  • Paint availability by tap or drag, built for phones firstPlanned
  • Heatmap of the group across days and hoursPlanned
  • Common windows computed for the meeting length you chosePlanned
  • Required and optional people: optional people rank results, never block themPlanned
  • Participants in different time zones, handled across daylight-saving changesPlanned
  • Fill in automatically from your connected calendarPlanned
  • Availability that expires instead of staying valid foreverPlanned

Group availability is planned for AgenMe’s first release. Answering will always be free for the people you invite.

Group availability

Questions

How is this different from a poll?

A poll asks people to vote on options you chose. Group availability lets people mark any time that works, so the answer can be a time nobody thought to propose.

Do people need an account to answer?

No. Answering happens in the browser.

What if no time works for everyone?

AgenMe shows the times that work for the most required people, and which optional people can make each one.

Does availability stay saved?

Only for that request. For saved groups, availability expires or must be confirmed again, so nobody is booked into a time they marked long ago.

What do you need to schedule?

Reserve your early-access account and tell us where you want to start.
