Group polls

Propose a few times.
Let the group vote.

For a group choosing between options you suggest: a team dinner, a board meeting, a club evening. Everyone answers yes, maybe or no, and the best option rises to the top.

Eight people need to agree on a dinner date

Before

You post four dates in the group chat. Replies come in over two days, some by emoji, some in private. You count by scrolling, then create the event and invite everyone by hand.

With AgenMe

You send one poll link. Everyone votes yes, maybe or no in the browser. You see the ranking at a glance, pick the winner, and everyone gets the invite.

How it will work

  1. Propose dates, or dates with times, across as many days as you need.
  2. Share one link. People vote yes, maybe or no; no account needed.
  3. Set a deadline; AgenMe reminds anyone who hasn’t answered.
  4. Pick the winner. AgenMe checks your calendar again, then sends the invite to everyone.

Questions

Do voters need an account?

No. Voters answer in their browser. They give a name so the group knows who answered.

Is a vote a booking?

No. A vote is a preference. Nothing is reserved until the organizer picks the final option.

What if I don’t want to propose times?

Use group availability instead: everyone marks every time that works, and AgenMe finds the overlap.

Can a poll cover several days?

Yes. Options can be on any days you choose.
