Getting started

What can I use today?

AgenMe is in early access: you can reserve your account now. Booking links, polls and group availability will open to early-access accounts as each one ships.

How do I sign up?

Continue with Google or with Unidy. There is no password to create.

Is it free?

Early access is free. AgenMe’s pricing will charge for scheduling activity rather than for every person on a team; the details are not final and will be published before any paid plan starts.

Guests and groups

Do my guests need an account?

No. Guests will book, vote or mark their availability in the browser without an AgenMe account. Only the person organizing signs in.

What is the difference between a poll and “Find our time”?

A poll asks people to vote on a few times you propose. “Find our time” lets everyone mark any times that work over several days, and AgenMe shows where those times overlap.

Can a poll cover several days?

Yes. A poll can propose times on different days.

Can some people be optional?

Yes. Optional participants will be shown in the results without blocking the best time.

Does availability stay valid forever?

No. Availability someone marked for a group expires or has to be confirmed again, so nobody is booked into a time they marked months ago.

Calendars and meetings

Which calendars will AgenMe work with?

Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook are the first we are building for, with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom links. Other providers are not announced.

What will AgenMe do with my calendar?

Read your busy times to avoid conflicts, and write only the events it creates. You choose which calendars it checks.

Can guests reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Every confirmation will include a link to reschedule or cancel, within the rules you set.

Can I prevent double booking?

AgenMe’s own database refuses two bookings in the same slot, and connected calendars are checked when someone books. A change made in another app at the same instant can still clash; AgenMe will tell you when that happens.

Teams

Can our team use one account?

Yes. A team shares one workspace, and each person keeps their own booking link and calendar connection.

Can I invite people outside my company?

Yes. Anyone with the link can book or answer a poll. You can also give someone outside your company access to one of your calendars, without adding them to your team.

Can an assistant schedule for me?

Yes. You will be able to let a teammate book, move and cancel meetings on your behalf.

What do you need to schedule?

Reserve your early-access account and tell us where you want to start.
