Agree once.
Change it within the limits you set.

For people who trust each other with their time: co-founders, teammates, a partner, family and friends. You agree the boundaries first: which days, how late a change can come, and whether a move needs your OK. Then a change takes a tap instead of a round of messages.

Two co-founders, seven hours apart

Before

Dani is in Austin, Marta in Barcelona. Finding a time takes a few messages. Then, 30 minutes before, a WhatsApp: “do you mind if we meet in 1.5 h?” A reply, a calendar edit on each side, and hope nobody misread the time zone.

With AgenMe

Dani has allowed Marta to move their meetings within the agreed day. Marta taps “In 1.5 h”, a time both connected calendars show as free. The meeting moves in both calendars, the reminders follow, Dani is notified and the change is recorded.

How it works

  1. Connect with the person: a teammate in your , or a close contact who accepts your invitation once. Both of you have a free account.
  2. Agree the time and its limits: the days a change may move it to, the latest moment a change is allowed, and the notice the new time needs.
  3. Choose how changes happen: ask first (the default), or let the other person move it without asking. That second option needs their explicit permission, and either of you can withdraw it.
  4. To change it, tap Change time. AgenMe offers only times inside your limits that are free in the connected calendars, updates those calendars and tells everyone.

Questions

How is this different from a booking link or a poll?

A booking link and a poll help you agree on a time. A is about what happens after: the time is agreed, and it can still change within the limits both of you set, without starting over.

Who can I have flexible meetings with?

With members of your own organization, and with close contacts: people you invite and who accept, once. Being connected only makes a meeting eligible. It never lets someone move your meetings on their own.

Can someone move my meeting without asking me?

Only if you allowed it. Ask first is the default: a change is a request, and nothing moves until you accept. You can let a specific person move your meetings without asking, and withdraw that at any time. Being in the same organization never grants it.

Can a meeting be moved to any time?

No. Changes stay inside the days you agreed, before the latest-change limit and with the notice you set. Opening other days always needs the other person to accept.

What if one of us hasn’t connected a calendar?

AgenMe checks only the calendars you connect. Without one, a person counts as available only at the times they accepted, and their calendar isn’t updated automatically: they get the new time by email, with an invitation to add it.

Can it change 30 minutes before the meeting?

Yes, if your limits allow it. By default, changes are allowed until the meeting starts, to a time at least 15 minutes away. You can set an earlier cut-off.

Do we need accounts?

Yes, a free one each. Flexible meetings are only between known people, so every participant is signed in. That is how AgenMe knows who allowed what, checks the connected calendars and records who made each change.

Is it free?

Flexible meetings are part of core scheduling: included for individuals and duos at no cost, and in every Team . See pricing and examples.

Start with the meeting you need today.

Get your booking link in a minute, with your email, Google or . Need a time with a group right now? Start a poll. Nobody needs an account for that.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a separately managed scheduling environment: its own members and roles, booking pages, meeting types, working hours and look. Most organizations need only one.

You don’t need another workspace for another teammate, meeting type or time zone. Free for one or two members; with three or more, each workspace is $5 a month.

What is an organization?

Your organization is your AgenMe account: the people who joined it (its members), its workspaces, and one bill. Each member counts once, however many workspaces they belong to.

What does branding include?

Your own look on what the people you meet see. Included in every workspace, and optional.

Emails are sent by AgenMe; replies go to you. Sending from your own email domain isn’t offered.

What is a meeting type?

One kind of meeting you offer, with its own name, length, place and hours, such as “30-minute intro call”. Each one has its own booking link. In some places it’s called an meeting type.

What is round robin?

Each new meeting goes to the next available teammate, so bookings are shared fairly and nobody has to assign them by hand.

What is a collective meeting?

A meeting that needs several people. AgenMe only offers times when everyone required is free; optional people join if they can.

What is a close contact?

Someone outside your organization you’ve connected with on AgenMe: one of you invites, the other accepts. It’s only used for flexible meetings, and close contacts never count as members.

What is an embed?

Your booking page shown inside your own website, so visitors book without leaving it. You add it with two lines of code or the WordPress plugin.

How it works

What is a custom domain?

Your booking pages at your own web address, such as meet.yourcompany.com, instead of an AgenMe address.

You need a domain you own and access to its DNS settings; registering a domain isn’t included.

What is a flexible meeting?

A meeting with a teammate or close contact that can still change after it’s agreed, within limits you both set. Moves happen without asking only if you’ve allowed it.

What is “Find our time”?

Instead of voting on a few proposed times, everyone marks every time they’re free over a few days. AgenMe shows where those times overlap.

How it works

What is routing?

Rules that send each incoming booking to the right person, based on the answers people give when they book.

What is a verified account?

A free account whose email address and phone number you’ve confirmed once. It stops anyone from using AgenMe to send spam, and unlocks emailed poll invitations and bigger polls.

What is Unidy?

Unidy is a sign-in service: one account you can use to sign in to AgenMe and other sites, instead of a new password. AgenMe is developed by Unidy Inc.
